Example shift: in the partner’s lens, a shutdown might land as self-protection. In the couples therapist’s lens, the same moment becomes a pursue-and-withdraw cycle either of you can step out of.

Your messages travel to us over HTTPS, sit encrypted in our EU-hosted database, and go to Anthropic over their own encrypted connection. Anthropic’s Data Processing Agreement says: never used to train models, never sold. We don’t log message content in our analytics or error tracker.
We are honest that we are not end-to-end encrypted: the AI has to read your message to respond, so the server sees plaintext for the few seconds the reply is being composed. The full disclosure is on the privacy page.
