Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, the subscription stops and no further charges are made.

If you live in the EU, the EEA (the EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) or the UK, the law lets you change your mind about a new subscription within 14 days. The 14 days start on the day of your first payment. If you change your mind within that time, you get a refund.

This right covers the first payment of a subscription. It does not cover later monthly renewals.

Apart from that, we do not refund unused time on a subscription. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month, write to us and we will put it right.

Payments run through our payment partner, which sells the subscription to you as our reseller. The payment partner pays out the refund, back to the card or account you paid with. You can also contact the payment partner directly. The partner’s contact details are on your receipt.
